Where does Cosmette Skincare ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We offer several shipping options:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10 on all orders under $100 (3-5 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping: $25 on all orders (2-3 business days)
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100

When will my order ship?

Generally we expect to have your order shipped from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days of placing your order. During times of higher volume, like the holiday season, order processing can take up to 3-4 days.

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

We understand that shipments can get lost or stolen from time to time. We encourage you to make a claim directly with the carrier and our support team will aid you as much as possible during that process. 

Do you accept returns?

All our products come with a 30 day guarantee. If you aren’t delighted with your order, please contact us at hello@cosmetteskincare.com. All merchandise and accessory items are final sale

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is currently available to Canada. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Stay tuned - we're adding more countries very soon!

Where are Cosmette Skincare products made?

All of our delicious formulas are crafted in the USA.

Are your products cruelty free?

All Cosmette skincare products are cruelty free and vegan and we are proudly leaping bunny certified. 

Are your products safe during pregnancy?

All Cosmette skincare products are developed thoughtfully for every season of a woman's life, most importantly the potent time of pregnancy and breastfeeding. Our products are safe for your skin, and for babies skin, during that time and beyond.  

Should I refrigerate Cosmette Skincare products?

Overall, our formulas are best stored in a cool and dry environment. We do not recommend refrigeration of our Dreamy Oil Detox. Certain oils in this formula could solidify under cooler temperatures. If that occurs, simply place the product at room temperature and give it a little shake and it will go back to normal. This won’t affect the quality of the formula at all. 

What is the shelf life of Cosmette Skincare products?

We recommend you use our products within 1 year from the time you open it.
