A COSMIC JADE ROLLER RITUAL FOR BEDTIME:

After your nightly cleanse, apply your favourite Cosmic Facial Oil and settle somewhere comforting (bed perhaps), bring your roller with you and gently but thoroughly roll the skin.  Starting at the neck, collarbones and decollate, roll in upwards and outwards motions, bringing the blood towards to armpits.  Move up face, upwards and out towards behind the ears.  Spend time on the lips, the elevens and around eyes.  Be intuitive here, make it feel good and you will know when you are finished.  Breathe in the fresh oxygen brought to your skin.  Allow any remaining facial oil to sink in.  Good night beautiful
