Fill bath with warm to hot water while swirling in about 2 tablespoons of the Coconut Bath Milk.  Soak gently for 15-30 minutes, massaging any of the powder onto limbs for extra exfoliation.  Breathe deeply and slowly, feeling a sense of peace, imagining a pink aura surrounding you.  Follow by gently patting dry, applying a healing skin elixir and drinking a cup of your favourite herbal tea, like Chamomile or Lavender.

BABY RITUAL:

Fill large bathing pot or sink warm water and 2-3 Tablespoons of this melting milk powder, swirling to integrate. Gently use water and a soft cloth or hands to cleanse little one and help them prepare their bodies for bed or nap time.
