Shipping within Canada averages 2-10 business days and includes tracking.

USA
Shipping to the United States averages 5-14 business days. We are unable to guarantee a delivery timeline once the parcel leaves our studio.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our products and freshly made to order. All sales are final. We are unable to process order cancellations. If you have issues or concerns with your order, please contact us and we will work to help make you happy. Please note that in the event of an item exchange, the buyer is responsible for any shipping, duties & handling charges incurred during the exchange process.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit, damaged items, lost or undelivered packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Please contact us at the time of order if you wish to purchase insurance on your purchase. Any taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the case of a lost or stolen package, we will open an investigation and file a claim with Canada Post. Please check with your local post office location to ensure packages are not being held for you. Parcels that are refused, unclaimed, or rejected due to unpaid customs fees will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.
